\ud83e\ude75 Winning is not everything \ud83e\ude75<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Early Sunday morning, we spent a wonderful “Magic of Positive Psychology” mini psychology camp \ud83c\udf1f with our students in a packed venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A huge thank you to our speaker, Professor Ji Li-Kang \ud83c\udf99\ufe0f. Through rich Olympic experiences and experimental cases, he guided us to redefine psychology\u2014it is not just about diagnosing problems, but rather discovering the positive traits in human nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The photographs showed not only the glamorous side of top athletes but also the little stories behind them. We truly felt the professor’s deep care for the athletes and the immense value of cultivating a healthy mindset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The professor even humorously explained “fixed mindset” and “growth mindset” in Taiwanese, keeping the room full of laughter \ud83e\udd29! He also encouraged everyone to develop the resilience of “wanting to win but not afraid to lose” in the workplace, leading us in a deep dive into the “magnitude of motivation” and the essence of what drives us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Special thanks to our introducer, Professor Heng-Ju Lee \ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83c\udfeb, for his professional and warm opening, and to Professor Ji’s thoughtful graduate student for helping prepare the heartwarming coffee \u2615\u2728.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The full engagement of every student made this event incredibly rewarding and heartwarming. We look forward to our next fantastic gathering on the topic of “Self-Confidence”! \ud83d\udcaa<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Q&A session was highly enthusiastic. The playful and lively Professor Ji even “counter-questioned” an EMBA student on the spot, providing a live demonstration of how to build a growth mindset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
