【Event Successfully Concluded ✨ Professor Wu leads NTNU LOHAS EMBA students into nature and self-challenge! LOHAS EMBA Lecture Series Session 3】

Thank you, Professor Wu, for the wonderful lecture on August 1st! From daily campus paths to full marathons and triathlons, the professor used his own sweat and realizations to remind everyone: in this era of rapid AI changes and daily transformations, what is more important than pursuing efficiency is rediscovering the dynamic balance of body, mind, and spirit 🌱
💡 Golden Quote Review:
“Excessive insecurity leads to the death of life; excessive security leads to the death of the soul.”
Life is like a marathon: set goals, continuously accumulate, and find inner peace amidst the coexistence of pain and joy!
Thank you, Professor, for leading everyone to temporarily put down their phones and anxiety, activate “biophilia,” and experience a spiritual feast combining science, nature, and a growth mindset. For those who couldn’t make it, no worries—let’s turn this inspiration into action and step outside to get moving today! 👟🌳
💡 Sharing from 5th Cohort Alumnus, Mr. Kao:
Courageously embarking on the career path of the third act of life.
After obtaining his LOHAS Master’s degree, he qualified as a substitute teacher for junior high school scout classes.
Later, he also took the entrance exam for the Graduate Institute of Sports Training at the University of Taipei, continuously learning and progressing!
